Processing Time: We process small parcel orders within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons. In case of any significant delays, we will notify you via email.

For larger or bulk items shipped via truckload, please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping. These orders will be delivered by a common carrier or through truckload delivery. The carrier will contact you beforehand to schedule a delivery appointment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We currently offer shipping to residential and commercial addresses within South Africa. Our shipping costs vary based on the destination and weight of the package. You can find the exact shipping rate at the checkout page before finalizing your purchase. Estimated delivery time will depend on the specific location and typically ranges from 3-7 business days.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or any destinations outside of South Africa.

Order Confirmation, Shipment & Order Tracking: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number(s) for your package. You will be able to track your package on the carrier's website within 24 hours after receiving the shipment confirmation.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We make every effort to process orders promptly, but if your order has not been shipped yet, we will endeavor to cancel it for you. In the event that your order has already been shipped, we will attempt to cancel it with the carrier. If cancellation is not possible, we kindly request that you refuse the package upon delivery.

Candle Care & Use Instructions:

Here are some specific instructions related to candle care and use that can help to ensure safety and extend the life of a candle:

1. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

2. Before every use, trim the wick to 6mm before lighting.

3. Burn the candle for a minimum of 2 hours or until the entire surface has melted evenly to the walls of the vessel to prevent tunnelling - make sure the wax has melted to the edges of the vessel before extinguishing each time.

4. Burn the candle for a maximum of 3-4 hours to prevent overheating.

5. Burn candles in a well-ventilated room, away from any flammable objects, drafts, and open windows.

6. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.

7. Do not move the candle while it's burning or the wax is still hot.

8. Extinguish the candle by snu ng it out or using a candle extinguisher. Do not blow out the flame.

9. Store the candle in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

10. Check the wick regularly and trim it if necessary.
