Processing Time: We process small parcel orders within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons. In case of any significant delays, we will notify you via email.

For larger or bulk items shipped via truckload, please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping. These orders will be delivered by a common carrier or through truckload delivery. The carrier will contact you beforehand to schedule a delivery appointment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We currently offer shipping to residential and commercial addresses within South Africa. Our shipping costs vary based on the destination and weight of the package. You can find the exact shipping rate at the checkout page before finalizing your purchase. Estimated delivery time will depend on the specific location and typically ranges from 3-7 business days.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or any destinations outside of South Africa.

Order Confirmation, Shipment & Order Tracking: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number(s) for your package. You will be able to track your package on the carrier's website within 24 hours after receiving the shipment confirmation.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We make every effort to process orders promptly, but if your order has not been shipped yet, we will endeavor to cancel it for you. In the event that your order has already been shipped, we will attempt to cancel it with the carrier. If cancellation is not possible, we kindly request that you refuse the package upon delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Any customs charges or taxes applied to your order will be your responsibility. We are not accountable for any additional fees incurred during the importation or delivery process.

Here are the instructions on how to use the Tabletop Lantern:

1. Place the product on a safe and secure surface or table, away from children, pets, and any flammable objects such as curtains.

2. When you are ready to use the fire bowl, carefully remove the capsule from the Lantern and take off the capsule lid using a Crete Multi-tool or another appropriate tool.

3. Place the capsule back into the Lantern and light it using a long nose lighter or a match. Ensure that your hands and face are safely away from the flame.

4. When you are ready to extinguish the flame, do not blow it out. Instead, douse the flame by placing the capsule lid back on top of the fire bowl capsule. The lid will be suctioned closed due to the heat, effectively sealing the capsule for future use.

5. If the capsule burns out completely, allow it to cool before removing it, as it will be very hot. Recycle the used capsule and replace it with another Crete BioE Refill Capsule - Note: Each capsule is for single use only.

- Always exercise caution when handling flames produced by bioethanol fires. Keep a safe distance from the flame and avoid any sudden movements or actions that could cause accidents.

- It is important to store and use the bioethanol product range in a well-ventilated area. Avoid using it in confined spaces or near combustible materials.

- Keep the Lantern out of reach of children and pets at all times. Do not leave the flame unattended, and ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving the area.

Regarding maintenance and after care, Crete bioethanol products requires minimal upkeep. Simply perform gentle cleaning to keep it in pristine condition.

The product does not have any specific age restrictions, but it is crucial to ensure that children and individuals who are not capable of handling flames safely are kept at a safe distance from the product during use.

In terms of warranty and support, please note that this is a fragile product, and returns are not accepted after it has been used. However, if you encounter any manufacturing faults, we are happy to replace the product.
